    700 g pork pulp
    1,200 kg of potatoes
    1-2 suitable onions
    1 tablespoon dried thyme
    5-6 tablespoons oil

    • 600 g pork muscle
    • 800 g tomatoes
    • 2 onions
    • 4 cloves garlic

    Method of preparation:

    The tomatoes are washed, then scalded, peeled and finely chopped or crushed with a blender. Place the meat and vegetables in a saucepan and place in the hot oven. The food is allowed to drop and, after it has browned, it is taken out of the oven and served garnished with freshly chopped parsley and grated cheese on top.
