It is best that all ingredients are cleaned and cut and made available. Chicken breast is cut into strips. Peel an onion and cut it into scales, cut the carrots into rounds and then each round into sticks, as well as the cucumbers. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

This dish is prepared in a wok pan, but since I don't have such a thing, I used a Teflon pan.

Heat 2 lbs of olive oil then add the meat. Sprinkle a little salt and mix with a wooden spatula until it turns white and browns. Remove the meat to a plate.

Drain the oil from the pan and add another 3 lbs of oil and let it heat up. Turn the heat to medium and add the hot pepper paste, then add the onion, garlic, soy sauce and carrots. Stir for about 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste, add sugar and meat. Leave it on the fire for a while, mixing well to combine the flavors and at the end add the cucumbers and peanuts. Extinguish the fire, sprinkle with vinegar, mix a little and then serve with gusto!
