A refreshing citrus and passion fruit drink with a dash of bitters added for an adult touch.

IngredientsMakes: 1 cocktail
- 60ml Don Simon® orange juice
- 1 lime, juiced
- 10ml almond syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 lime wedge
- 1/2 passion fruit

- Add the orange juice and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, shake and add to a chilled martini glass.
- Then drop 10mls of almond syrup down the inside of the glass so it settles in the bottom before adding a few dashes of bitters and a lime wedge and half a passion fruit to garnish.
