Tomatoes are indispensable in my kitchen, both fresh and canned or frozen. In the summer I put chopped tomatoes in the freezer, and in the winter I make soups or sauces from them. This time I combined two foods that I really like: tomatoes and garlic. As I think you already know, I'm addicted to garlic, and in combination with tomatoes, it's even better. To give it even more flavor, I baked the garlic in the oven. Bake several heads of garlic and then use them for the dishes I cook in the following days. It's great for anything.

For this tomato soup with baked garlic, I used my blender Tefal Ultrablend Cook. I think you already know that. It's a blender with a cooking function, that is, it also cooks different dishes, it doesn't just pass. I have been using it for some time and it helped me a lot when I started diversifying with Sarah. I simply put all the ingredients for soups and purees in it and forgot about them. The blender cooked and cared for them, and all I had to do was feed the little one. It was a real salvation for me considering that my time was extremely limited. I still use it very often, although Sarah no longer eats it.

Most often I make soups for him, as he is leek soup with potatoes or broccoli with potatoes. And I make tomato soup quite often, so I wanted to show you the best tomato soup with baked garlic. For extra flavor, I used vegetable soup, but you can also use it Chicken Soup or simply water. The most important are tomatoes. Be ripe, sweet and as much as possible without chemicals. I had tomatoes from my parents, very good and healthy. I put everything in the blender, and in 30 minutes the best tomato soup was ready, which I served with sweet cream and croutons. Delicious!

Peel an onion, wash it and cut it into small pieces and add it to a pan with a little oil to soften (not harden), until it becomes translucent.

Put the strained vegetables in the kitchen blender together with 1 cup of vegetable juice, mixing until they become a homogeneous paste.

The vegetable paste will be transferred back to the pot, adding the juice from the cooked vegetables (as long as you want the soup to be fluid), seasoning with sweet (or hot) paprika, lemon juice (optional), salt and pepper to taste.

Let the vegetable cream soup simmer for another two minutes (about 5-6 minutes) on the right heat, then put the pot aside.

The butter cube will be put in the vegetable cream soup when the fire is extinguished (so the soup will be much creamier and tastier)
